Yes, at our production facility in Adapazari we can carry out a live demo with your own sample product . By making an appointment in advance you can test our machines with your own raw material and see capacity and yield on site. A video demo is also an option for our international customers.
All our machines are delivered with a 2-year manufacturing warranty . For premium line packages the warranty extends to 3 years. Outside warranty we also provide spare parts supply and technical service. Our expert team is available 24/7 for remote diagnosis.
Our standard payment plan is 40% on order, 40% at the production stage, 20% before delivery . Delivery time varies by machine model: 2-3 weeks from stock, 8-12 weeks for bespoke production, 12-16 weeks for complete line packages. Payment by letter of credit (L/C) is possible.
We have export experience in 50+ countries. We deliver on FOB, CIF or DAP terms . We organise sea and road transport with our contracted international logistics companies. Customs documents, certificate of origin and CE documents are prepared in full.
