FTP 900 is a professional solution that delivers sliver, rice cut and flour output in a single machine for the pastry industry, nut processing plants and boutique-scale production lines.
FTP 900 is designed to convert hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts and similar nuts into sliver (slices), rice cut (chopped) and flour forms. Its hourly capacity is approximately 90 kg/hour.
The product loaded into the bucket hopper is converted into the desired cutting form by a dedicated blade system. With a change of attachment, three different outputs are obtained from a single machine; changeover takes 5-10 minutes.
It is optimised for boutique production scale. The AISI 304 stainless steel body ensures full compliance with food safety standards and guarantees long service life.

Yes. For orders within Türkiye our technical team carries out installation, commissioning and operator training directly on site.
For projects abroad, remote installation support, a detailed installation manual and, on request, guidance from technical personnel are provided. The scope and charges for these services are stated in the project quotation.
For standard FTP 900 orders the delivery time is approximately 3-5 weeks After the order stage we provide you with a clear production and shipping schedule .

Uluc Maksan keeps all spare parts for the machines it produces in stock. The requested part is shipped directly from our production facility in Adapazari.

In the standard process we work with a production advance payment and the balance before shipment. For projects abroad flexibility is provided with alternative structures such as letters of credit and bank guarantees.

Yes. During commissioning we train your production team in the use of the machine, daily maintenance routines, disassembly/cleaning procedures and basic troubleshooting .
