RAM 1000 is designed for drying operations at industrial scale. With a capacity to dry up to 300 kg of product per hour, it is one of the most powerful drying solutions on the market; this high capacity allows processing operations to be accelerated and production efficiency to be increased. Thanks to its double door design, loading and unloading times are shortened and a continuous production flow is maintained.
High insulation properties minimise energy consumption and reduce operating expenses. By preserving the colour and flavour of the product during drying, it prevents quality loss; this in turn delivers greater competitive strength on the market. The principle of long, low-temperature drying preserves the structural integrity and organoleptic properties of delicate nuts.
The AISI 304 stainless steel body is in full compliance with food safety standards. RAM 1000, the high-capacity model of the RAM series, is designed for large-scale facilities with twice the capacity of RAM 500. Besides nuts, it is also ideal for fresh fruit, food products and chemicals. It is positioned at the Drying stage, the 4th step of the Almond Blanching Plant.

Outside warranty coverage: Unauthorised intervention, incorrect use, modification outside the factory and damage caused by natural disasters are outside warranty coverage.
Yes. For orders within Türkiye our technical team carries out installation, commissioning and operator training directly on site.
For projects abroad, remote installation support, a detailed installation manual and, on request, guidance from technical personnel are provided. The scope and charges for these services are stated in the project quotation.
For standard RAM 1000 orders the delivery time is approximately Standard production time is 30-45 working days from order confirmation. For special requests (capacity change, additional control panel, custom colour, etc.) the lead time may vary. Domestic shipping within Turkey takes 2-5 working days; international shipping takes 7-30 days depending on the country. A detailed timeline is shared together with the proforma invoice. After the order stage we provide you with a clear production and shipping schedule .

Uluc Maksan keeps all spare parts for the machines it produces in stock. The requested part is shipped directly from our production facility in Adapazari.

In the standard process we work with a production advance payment and the balance before shipment. For projects abroad flexibility is provided with alternative structures such as letters of credit and bank guarantees.

Yes. During commissioning we train your production team in the use of the machine, daily maintenance routines, disassembly/cleaning procedures and basic troubleshooting .
