The Sorting and Picking Belt is a belt-system sorting table that lets you see and pick out unwanted foreign matter inside products such as nuts or pulses. Fine details that automatic machines can miss — stones, shell fragments, darkened kernels, foreign seeds — are caught by the human eye at this station.
Thanks to its lighting and moving white belt, it helps foreign matter to be picked out quickly and easily. The white background makes colour differences clearly visible; the overhead lighting provides a shadow-free, evenly lit working surface. Belt speed can be adjusted according to the number of operators and product density — it is designed as a manual quality control point with high operator comfort.
AYB 200 is ideal for the final quality control of products after drying, as the last step of the Almond Blanching Plant line. With a capacity of 400 kg/hour, 1.1 kW power consumption and a 380V three-phase connection, it suits medium-scale facilities. The AISI 304 stainless steel construction is in full compliance with food industry hygiene standards.

Yes. For orders within Türkiye our technical team carries out installation, commissioning and operator training directly on site.
For projects abroad, remote installation support, a detailed installation manual and, on request, guidance from technical personnel are provided. The scope and charges for these services are stated in the project quotation.
For standard AYB 200 orders the delivery time is approximately Standard production time is 30-45 working days from order confirmation. For special requests (capacity change, additional control panel, custom colour, etc.) the lead time may vary. Domestic shipping within Turkey takes 2-5 working days; international shipping takes 7-30 days depending on the country. A detailed timeline is shared together with the proforma invoice. After the order stage we provide you with a clear production and shipping schedule .
